Our Services
Our play-based sessions are designed to meet kids exactly where they are, so they can build on their skills with confidence.
Therapy sessions are available in our clinic (located in Algonquin, IL), or virtually, depending on what works best for your family. Our services are grounded in respect, relationship-building, and a deep understanding of how children learn and grow through meaningful, joyful experiences.

Occupational Therapy
Occupational Therapy services are rooted in function - to ensure your child is equipped with the tools and skills to participate in daily routines, school, and play!

Mental Health

Speech therapy works on various skills, including receptive language (understanding questions and stories, following directions), expressive language (using gestures, words, phrases, and sentences, asking questions, sharing ideas, wants and needs), use of Augmentative and Alternative Communication, oral motor skills and feeding, and school readiness/literacy.

Parent Coaching
Our parent coaching sessions are designed for caregivers who want to learn the strategies and tools our therapists use, so they can confidently support their child at home and in the community.
Sessions are offered on an as-needed basis, typically up to once per month, and can be a helpful supplement to therapy or a great option while waiting for services to begin.

Parent coaching takes place through a virtual meeting with a speech therapist, occupational therapist, or mental health professional, depending on your needs. Sessions typically last 30–60 minutes and focus on answering questions, addressing concerns, and providing practical, individualized strategies to support your child's development.

Social Groups
Our social groups provide children with the opportunity to connect with peers of a similar age while building executive functioning, social-emotional, and functional communication skills in a fun and supportive environment. Groups are led by an occupational therapist and may also be supported by a speech therapist when appropriate for the group's goals.
Parents remain present throughout the session to help support their child, learn strategies, and encourage carryover beyond the group setting. Groups are one hour long and typically meet once per month on Fridays or Saturdays, depending on family interest and participant availability.
If you are interested in having your child considered for a social group, please schedule a free initial consultation so that we can get to know a bit more about your child, and hopefully find a group for them!

Teletherapy
All of our therapy services—including speech therapy, occupational therapy, and mental health counseling—are available virtually.
Teletherapy can be a great option for families who live too far from our Algonquin clinic or simply prefer the convenience of participating from home.

Our therapists are experienced in providing engaging, interactive, and practical virtual sessions that are tailored to your child’s needs and goals, while making it easy to incorporate strategies into everyday routines.
