Our Approach

Kid Painting
Kids Play
Playful Baking

We believe in approaching every child and family with curiosity, compassion, and respect. Our focus is on supporting children through play rather than pressure, building trust and co-regulation before expecting participation, and helping parents feel confident instead of overwhelmed. We create a space where neurodivergent children are celebrated, not "fixed." Together, let's honor your child's unique way of experiencing the world and grow alongside them.

At Play n' Grow Therapy, our services are individualized, strengths-based, and rooted in co-regulation, play, and collaboration. We work directly with families to create routines and strategies that support your child's development across all areas of life.
